DFF Ranch Dip

2 tsp of Dixon Farm Flavorings Spice
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper (for a little extra kick)
1/2 cup of Buttermilk
1 cup of Duke’s Mayo

Combine all ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Enjoy with chips, wings, fries, or anything else!

DFF Chicken Salad

1 lb of boiled chicken, shredded and cooled
4 oz of DFF Ranch Dip (recipe above)

Combine and mix ingredients, chill, and serve. Enjoy with crackers or on sandwiches.

DFF Chicken Chili

1 lb chicken breast, cubed
16oz diced tomatoes
60g (1 packet) French’s Chili-O Seasoning Mix
1/8 cup of Dixon Farm Flavorings Spice

Combine all ingredients and stir together in slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 hours. Enjoy topped with shredded cheese and sour cream.
TIP: To shorten cook time, use pre-cooked chicken.


DFF Crockpot Creamed Corn – Featured in Lake Norman Magazine!

16 oz fresh or frozen corn kernels
½ cup unsalted butter
8 ounces light cream cheese (or regular cream cheese)
8 ounces light cream (or heavy cream)
2 tbsp of Dixon Farm Flavorings (Original or Low Sodium)
4 ounces of parmesan cheese

(Note: you can double this recipe for a full crockpot)

Best results when butter and cream cheese are room temperature.  Stir together with DFF (and more if you want a bolder taste) and place in crockpot and mix with the corn. Mix well and cook on low heat for 3 hours and stir occasionally. Then add the parmesan cheese to the top and allow to simmer for another 15 minutes and it is ready to enjoy.
